The estimated total cost is <br /> $6,554,400 and includes at least$1,333,333 in eligible costs. The expiration date of this Agreement is <br /> December 31, 2018. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Water Quality Combined Financial Assistance Agreement with the <br /> Washington State Department of Ecology to improve water quality in the Snohomish River in the amount of <br /> $1,000,000 with a local share of$333,333. <br /> 15 <br />
