NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that: <br /> 1) The City Council hereby adopts the 2016-2035 Parks,Recreation and Open Space Plan <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for reference. <br /> 2) The Parks,Recreation and Open Space Plan shall be known as the PROS Plan. <br /> 3) A six year list of projects will be updated for future City Council approval and shall be <br /> known as the PROS Plan Six Year Capital Improvement Program(CIP). <br /> 4) The CIP shall be updated on an annual basis and presented to City Council for discussion <br /> and adoption. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER INTRODUCING RESOLUTION <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF <br /> MAY,2016 <br /> SCOTT MURPHY, <br /> COUNCIL PRESIDENT <br /> 75 <br />
