Location: Barge 850 feet east of Jetty Island THIS PERMIT VALID FROM JULY 1, 2016 TO JULY 6, 2016 ONLY CONDITIONS: This permit is subject to the Everett Fire Department's inspection of the permitted location and activity prior the occurrence of the permitted activity. Permittee and Permittee's agents and employees shall carry out the proposed activity in compliance with the Everett Fire Code and all other laws or regulations,or both and in complete accordance with approved plans and specifications. This permit does not take the place of any license required by law and is not transferable. This permit is not valid in the event of a change in the use,occupancy,operation or ownership of the permitted location and Permittee must obtain a new permit in the event of a change in the use,occupancy,operation or ownership of the permitted location.
