ORDINANCE NO. 2407 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 469 for the improvement of the alley between Hoyt and Rucker Ave- nues, from Hewitt to Wall Streets, by clearing, grading to proper grade, construction of one course Portland cement con- crete pavement full width, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improve- ment under Ordinance No.2371 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issu- ance thereof. TIC CI 'Y OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 469 for the improvement of the alley between Hoyt and Rucker Avenues, from Hewitt to Wall Strects, by clearing, grading to proper grade, construction of one court Portland cement concrete pavement full width, install- ation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2371 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels lend or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assess- ments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied - an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally
