1 <br /> PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the Mayor’s <br />signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the <br />“City”), and the Seller identified in the Basic Provisions below (“Seller”).
