Permit E1910-184
has a description of work of"ALTER CIRCUITS- (7) FROM ESO TO ESA" . I do not see a before and after
load calculation and one line for all of those effected panels. I also still see the generator listed as a 100
kw which does not appear to have enough capacity for the calculated load. Perhaps this generator is not
labeled properly. Please make sure you address the correction letter sent to Aaron McMullen dated 1-
21-21 for the above permit.
Once that you have addressed all of these issues please submit your application with 2 printed copies of
your plans to the permit services counter.
Thank you,
- Steve Banks
Electrical Inspector I Permit Services
425.257.8810 1 3200 Cedar Street, 2 d Floor, Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT eve rettwa.gov/perm its I Facebook I Twitter
Note:Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant
to the Public Records Act.
From:Tim Mitchell <tmmitchell@safeconsulting.biz>
Sent:Tuesday, May 4, 202112:24 PM
To:Steve Banks<SBanks@everettwa.gov>
Cc:Adrian M. There was another permit E1910-184 that was issued in Oct 2019 and the electrical
work was completed. That work has not been inspected.
Currently our goal is secure the permit, complete the work in the second application and have
the entire work package inspected/approved.
