x I
ENGINEERING
rte'
PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT
January 21, 2021
Aaron McMullen
PO Box 1030
Milton, WA 98354
RE: Owner: Everett Care and Rehabilitation
Job Address: 1919 112th St SW
Plan Check Number: E1910-184
Dear Mr. McMullen,
In response to your application for a construction permit, your plans have been examined and you
are advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below. These
comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other
departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2017 National Electrical
Code,) (2017 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or
Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated
otherwise.
In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide
the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections
requested.
1. All plans submitted for review must contain all required information per WAC 296-46B-
900(3)(h) to allow a proper review of the project and effects on the electrical system. I do
not see any existing status of normal power, existing loads in panels or before and after
panels schedules or floor plans of modified circuits or gutters said to be new on this plan.
Please resubmit complete drawings. Also include how the existing load is obtained, i.e.
WAC 296-46B-900(3)0).
2. The generator is said to be a 100kw which is not large enough to serve the loads shown.
If you have any questions, please email or call me at (425) 259-7270. Upon submittal of the
drawings, your application will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence. All required
submittals shall be sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed
structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
Please prepare a response letter showing where each item in this correction
letter is addressed on the plan set.
Sincerely,
CM OF EVERETT • 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201 ® (425) 257-8810 * Fax (425) 257-8857
