Hi Audrey, My general manager is not in for me to ask and confirm. Here is what I do know though. 1415 Broadway is our old house we used to run our office in (us as in CM Heating). My general manager owns the home. They had pull permits to demolish it and build a bigger office on the property. Our company then outgrew the plans for the new building. We are not longer proceeding with that project since we have found a new larger home for our company to work out of. From what I understand now, we are undoing work that was done and prepare the home to be sold, I think. I don't know which permit that is connected to at this point. We cannot get the power turned back on from Pud because the old panel is in the bathroom which is no longer up to code. So, to get power back, PUD is requiring that we relocate the panel.
