shall be paid in installments, each installment and any interest thereon shall be collected <br /> in the same manner as ordinary property taxes in successive years. If any installment is <br /> delinquent, the amount thereof is subject to the same penalties and procedure for sale as <br /> provided for ordinary property taxes. <br /> Section 50: Repayment of Repair and Demolition Fund <br /> All money recovered by payment of the charge or assessment or from the sale of the <br /> property at foreclosure sale shall be paid to the City Treasurer. <br /> Section 51: Savings <br /> The enactment of this ordinance shall not affect any case,proceeding, appeal or other <br /> matter currently pending or in any way modify any right or liability, civil or criminal, <br /> which may be in existence on the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> Section 52: Severability <br /> If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance should be held to be invalid or <br /> unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or <br /> unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, <br /> sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance. <br /> Section 53: Repealer <br /> Ordinance No. 2071-95 (Chapter 16.08 EM is hereby repealed. <br /> I <br /> %it D.
