Permit <br />B2309-027 has been issued for a new building. In accordance with Everett Municipal Code chapter 13.44, a <br />new address is assigned to the building on parcel number 01086800000200. <br />3702 H0W AVE UNIT <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Numbers conforming to the following table should be posted facing H0W AVE: <br />ADDRESS NUMBERING FIGURE SIZE TABLE, per EMC 16.03.050 (9) <br />Address numbers and/or letters on thefront of single-family home shall be a minimum of four Inches high. <br />Height -to -width ratio affigures shall be approximately 2Ha W, rontrosting in color with their background <br />(black or white on glazing). If assigned addresses cannot be viewed from a public wag address numbers <br />should also be posted at the road entrance on a pole, or sign, to Clearly Identify which drivewoy or roadway <br />serves the posted address. Owner to post numbers or letters for tenant suite and apartment doors on both <br />the interior and exterior of thebuilding, with a minlmumfigure size at least 4 Inches high.
