An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment aid assesment roll of Local Improvement District No. 466 for the im- provement of Terrace Drive, from 42nd Street to 44th Street, by the complete construction of an eight-inch sewer and its neces- sary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary in connec- tion therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2350 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged a- gainst the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
