ORDINANCE NO. 2386 . An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 468 for the improvement of Rucker Avenue, from 10th Street to the north line of Ready Land Co. ' s Second Addition, by the removal of old lum ber,; grading to proper grade, construction of a 6-inch one-course Portland cement concrete pavement, construction of concrete curbs and sidewalks where necessary, installation of necessary drain- age, mating necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2364 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account there- of against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fix- ing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and 'assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 468 for the improvement of Rucker Avenue, from 10th Street to the north line of Ready Land Co. 's Second Addition, by the removal of old lumber, grading t o;,proper grade, construction of a 6-inch one-course Portland cement con- crete pavement, construction of concrete curbs and sidewalks where necessary, installation of necessary drainage, making neces- sary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in con- nection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2364 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. - Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the vpm ount -,dharged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap- pearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property
