ORDINANCE NO. 2386 . <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 468 for the <br /> improvement of Rucker Avenue, from 10th Street to the north line <br /> of Ready Land Co. ' s Second Addition, by the removal of old lum <br /> ber,; grading to proper grade, construction of a 6-inch one-course <br /> Portland cement concrete pavement, construction of concrete curbs <br /> and sidewalks where necessary, installation of necessary drain- <br /> age, mating necessary water main changes and doing all other work <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2364 <br /> of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account there- <br /> of against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown <br /> on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fix- <br /> ing the date of the issuance thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and 'assessment roll of Lo- <br /> cal Improvement District No. 468 for the improvement of Rucker <br /> Avenue, from 10th Street to the north line of Ready Land Co. 's <br /> Second Addition, by the removal of old lumber, grading t o;,proper <br /> grade, construction of a 6-inch one-course Portland cement con- <br /> crete pavement, construction of concrete curbs and sidewalks <br /> where necessary, installation of necessary drainage, making neces- <br /> sary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in con- <br /> nection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance <br /> No. 2364 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the <br /> same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. - <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to <br /> especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the vpm <br /> ount -,dharged against the same, and that the assessment appearing <br /> against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap- <br /> pearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property <br />
