100 ORDInITOE O. 2389 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Edward Ave- nue, from Federal Aven a to Friday Avenue, by clearing, grub- bing, removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade for a street twenty feet wide, slagging a strip in th center sixteen feet ; y ,- at intersection 14 wide;A co'lstruction of concrete curbs ,utters of Edward Avenue and 7riday Avenue, installation of necessary drainage, ma :ing necessary water main chances and doing all oth- er work, on the entire district necessary to make a complete im- provement, all in accordance with Resolution ro. 3414 of the Oi- ty of Everett ; creating an assessment district ; creating a local- improvement district fund therefor; providing that said im- provement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds, and declaring an emergency.
