M r <br /> ORDI:ANCE NC. 2390 . <br /> An Ordinance rovidin-; for the improvement of Kromer <br /> `venue, from 33rd Street to 35th Street, by grading and con- <br /> struction of concrete curbs and gutters and concrete sidewalks <br /> on both sides of Kromer Avenue, also slagging Kromer Avenue <br /> ten feet '' ide in the center, making necessary water main chan- <br /> ges and doing all other mark on the entire district necessary <br /> to make a complete improvement , all in accordance with Resolu- <br /> tion No. 3412 of the city of Everett ; creating an assessment <br /> district; creatin ' a Local Improvement District Fund therefor; <br /> providing that said improvement be made by special assessment <br /> upon the property in said district under the mode of payment <br /> by bonds and declaring an emergency. <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3412 of the City of Everett, <br /> the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to or- <br /> der the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work <br /> necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- <br /> ment in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by <br /> the City Engineer; now, therefore, <br /> THE CITY 02 EVERETT DOES ORLAI:: <br /> Section 1: That Kromer Avenue, from 33rd Street to 35th <br /> Street, be improved by grading and construction of concrete curbs <br /> and cutters and concrete sidewalks on both sides of Kromer Ave- <br /> nue, also slagging Kromer Avenue ten feet wide in the center, <br /> making necessary water main changes and doing all other work <br /> on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement <br /> according to the plans and specifications prepared under the di- <br /> rection of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are <br /> hereby adopted and approved. <br /> Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improve- <br /> ment, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be <br /> borne by and assessed against the property included in the as- <br />
