• ORDINANCE NO. 2396 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 470 for the improvement of lath Street, from Rucker Avenue to Hoyt Ave- nue, by the removal of old lu'5er, gracing to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs and construction of a 6-inch Portland cement one course concrete pavement 27 feet wide, in- stallation of neces.-Try drainage, and doing all other woek necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2373 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as sho: n on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds there- for and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 470 for the improvement of lath Street, from Rucker Avenue to Hoyt Avenue, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs and construction of 6-inch Portland cement one course con- crete pavement 27 feet side, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No, 2373 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby 1e v ied. an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land
