Additionally, no person, firm, corporation or association, or any agent thereof shall <br /> violate or fail to comply with any condition set forth in any City zoning concomitant <br /> agreement, or any condition imposed by the City pursuant to the City's environmental <br /> policy ordinance (Ordinance 1348-87, as amended: Chapter 20.04 ). In the event there is <br /> a violation or failure to comply, the procedure authorized in this chapter shall be the <br /> enforcement procedure utilized unless the City administration, upon the concurrence of <br /> the city attorney, files for injunctive or other civil relief in superior court. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Applicability. <br /> A. The City Administration, upon concurrence of the City Attorney,may file for <br /> injunctive or other civil relief in superior court regarding violations of City ordinances. <br /> Otherwise, the enforcement procedure authorized in this Chapter shall be the enforcement <br /> procedure for the following regulations of the City and such other regulations of the City <br /> that adopt the provisions of this chapter as the enforcement procedure for said <br /> regulations. This enforcement procedure shall be supplemental to any enforcement <br /> procedures otherwise provided by law. No person owning, leasing, renting, occupying or <br /> having charge or possession of any property in the City, including vacant lots, shall <br /> maintain or allow to be maintained on any such property a violation of any of the <br /> following regulations (as they currently exist, amended or as superseded) or any other <br /> City regulation which refers to the provisions of this Chapter as the enforcement <br /> procedure for said regulation: <br /> 1. Rubbish(Ordinance 1554-89 and 1779-91, as amended: Chapter 8.20 ); <br /> 2. Nuisances (Ordinance 278-74: Chapter 8.24); <br /> 3. Obstructing sidewalks (Ordinance 4056, as amended: Chapter 13.12 ); <br /> 4. Driveways (Ordinance 1586, as amended: Chapter 13.16 ); <br /> 5. Temporary use of rights-of-way(Ordinance 1048-84, as amended: Chapter <br /> 13.30); <br /> 5 <br />
