Please provide stamped design calculations by an <br /> engineer in the state of Washington that can verify the structural design details, <br /> plans, and calculations are in accordance with IBC Chapter 16. IRC 301.1.3 <br /> 2. Please provide guardrail design and connection details for the proposed <br /> "Juliet" window per IRC R312 as shown on Sheet A-2 and North Elevation Sheet <br /> A-5. <br /> 3. Also, proposed shear walls are discontinuous at the kitchen floor flaming <br /> level on Sheet A-1. Discontinuous shear walls are not prescriptively covered on <br /> the IRC. This appears to be engineered design. Please provided stamped <br /> lateral calculations per IRC 301.1.3 based on the design load conditions based <br /> on IBC Chapter 16. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> PERMIT SERVICES documents reflecting the corrections requested.
