I own the home but my son Kevin McKenzie was supposed to be added to the loan but <br />didn't qualify for the loan because he had a break in employment due to covid, disqualifying him. That's <br />why he isn't listed as a home owner though he is paying off the mortgage. <br />He's listed as a renter cause I could see no place to include him in the remidel.... but he's actually the <br />homeowner and is my son.
