Please see attached site plan and elevation view of the fence we have built in our <br />front yard. <br />Prior to building this fence, we kept finding the code section that stated we didn't need to apply for a permit for a fence <br />under 6' tall in Snohomish county. During our research, we kept getting routed to Snohomish county regulations, which <br />was an oversight on our part. We also made sure to keep in line with all the other neighbor's walls and fences in our <br />neighborhood. We feel that our fence is an improvement for curb appeal, well built, and is helpful with security. This <br />street has become a secondary route during rush hour for Evergreen Way and we have experienced multiple thefts.
