The owner and tenants were informed a permit <br />would be required to either remove or seek to keep the new roof structure over driveway — but the <br />tenants have removed it without a permit. I discussed this with Kelsey Albertson and she agreed we will <br />not pursue a permit further — for the removed structure - in this case. The code case is now closed.
