OR <br /> 7 r <br /> said Superior Court of Snohomish Countya certificate of the city <br /> treasurer of the city of Everett setting forth a description of <br /> each such separate lot, tract or parcel of land or other property <br /> upon which such assessment or installment or installments is de- <br /> linquent, the date of the delinquency and the amount thereof, in- <br /> cluding penalty and interest thereon, the name of the owner there- <br /> of or that such owner is unknown as auears upon the assessment <br /> roll, the number and date of the passage of the ordinance auth- <br /> orizing the improvement, the number and d-.te of the passage of <br /> the ordinance confirming such assessment roll, and t'.e number of <br /> such local improvement district; all such lots, tracts and par- <br /> cels of land, or other property, may be included in one certif- <br /> icate; such certificate shall be prepared by the city treasurer <br /> of treri4- once each year prior to the first day of June. <br /> Upon the filing of such certificate the city treasurer, <br /> with the assistance of the city attorney and such other assis- <br /> tance as the city council may provide, shall proceed with sir h fore- <br /> closure and prosecute such foreclosure action to judgment, and <br /> the property shall be sold, all as provided in Section 9386 of <br /> Remingt on`s compiled Statutes of G cshingt on, as now amended or as <br /> the same may hereafter be amended <br /> Provided, however, that, this ordinance shall not, be deemed <br /> to effect pending foreclosure actions, but that such actions now <br /> pending for the foreclosure of delinquent local improvement dis- <br /> trict assessments shall be complete& under and pursuant to the <br /> ordinances and statutes existing at the time of the institution <br /> of such actions. <br /> Section 2: The city of Everett elects to foreclose in <br /> the manner ovided in Section 9386 of Remingt on's Compiled Sta- <br /> tutes of Washington, as now amended or as the same may hereafter <br /> be amended, the lien of any local improvement district assessment <br /> created prior to June 8, 1927,. and cause deed to issue, but as <br /> to any such property purchased by the city of Everett a such <br />
