. 1 <br /> rk77 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2 3 3 7—9 8 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Board of Review's jurisdiction, amending Section 1 of <br /> Ordinance No. 351-75 (EMC 16.04.010) <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No. 351-75 (EMC 16.64.010)which reads as follows: <br /> Established-Purpose. <br /> There is created and established a board of review (board of appeals), hereinafter referred <br /> to as the"board," for the purpose of determining the suitable alternate materials, alternate <br /> types and methods of construction and reasonable interpretations regarding the following <br /> codes: <br /> A. Uniform Building Code as adopted and now and hereafter amended by the <br /> city council; <br /> B. Uniform Housing Code as adopted and now and hereafter amended by the city <br /> council; <br /> C. Provisions of Ordinance No. 4224, as set forth in Chapter 16.12 of this code, <br /> as adopted and now and hereafter amended by the city council relating to <br /> dangerous buildings; <br /> D. Uniform Mechanical Code as adopted and now and hereafter amended by the <br /> city council; <br /> E. Uniform Fire Code as adopted and now and hereafter amended by the city <br /> council; <br /> F.
