4P interest shall become due and payable, a sufficient amount to pay the interest of said bonds as the same becomes due, and also that it will set aside and pay into the "Everett City Hall General Obligation Bond Fund. No. 1", from time to time, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the respective dates on which the principal of this issue of bonds shall become due and payable, a sufficient amount to pay the principal of said • bonds as the same mature, and also that it will pay into the "Everett City Hall Construction Fund" all moneys received through the sale of said bonds, and that the "Everett City Hall General Obligation Bond. Interest Fund. No. 1" shall be used sole- ly for the payment of the interest on this issue of:bonds and that the, "Everett City Hall General Obligation Bond. Fund No.1", shall be used solely for the payment of the principal on this issue of bonds, which shall be paid as set forth in section No. 1 of this Ordinance, and that the "Everett City Hall Construc- tion Fund" will be used for the acquiring, by purchase or condem- nation, or both, lands to be used as a site for a city hall and for the construction of a new city hall on said site and for the complete furnishing of the same. It is hereby declared that , said bonds are issued pursuant to and in strict compliance -with the constitution and laws of - the State of Washington and the Charter of the city of Everett and the Ordinances of said city of Everett referred to in this bond and printed hereon, and, that all acts, things, elections, ordinances, resolutions and conditions precedent to the right to deliver and issue this bond as prescribea by said constitu- tions, statutes, charter and ordinance have happened., existed, been done and performed prior to the issuance hereof.
