January 31, 2024 <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />To award and authorize 2024 vehicle and equipment replacement purchases from the lowest- <br />priced, best available source through competitively bid, cooperative contracts. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – 2024 – 2028 ON-CALL STORMWATER PLAN REVIEW SUPPORT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with PACE Engineers, Inc., <br />($250,000 total) for 2024 – 2028 On-Call Stormwater Plan Review Support. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Watermain Replacement Change Order No. 1. <br /> <br />AWARD – PORT GARDNER STORAGE FACILITY DEMOLITION PROJECT <br /> <br />To award the contract for the Port Gardner Storage Facility – Demolition Project to Lincoln <br />Construction, Inc., in the amount of $3,041,841.87. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was call with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Fosse who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – EVERETT LINK EXTENSION PROJECT <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor <br />to sign the Everett Link Extension Project Administration Agreement <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Ryan Sass, Public Works, answering council questions. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was call with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Fosse who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> <br /> Transit Consolidation Briefing
