<br />A DAILY BASIS AND MADE ACCESSIBLE TO OWNER AND ENGINEER.

<br />1. HVAC EQUIPMENT SHALL HAVE MINIMUM PERFORMANCE AT SPECIFIED RATING CONDITIONS NOT LESS THAN THE VALUES INDICATED
<br />IN C403.3.2.
<br />2. HVAC SYSTEMS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH AUTOMATIC CONTROLS CAPABLE OF ACCOMPLISHING SETBACK OR SHUTDOWN DURING
<br />UNOCCUPIED PERIODS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION C403.4.2 OF THE WSEC AND AS DESCRIBED IN THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
<br />SEQUENCES, IF PROVIDED.
<br />3. PROVIDE BALANCING DEVICES IN ALL BRANCH DUCTS AND PIPE RUNS TO TERMINAL DEVICES AS REQUIRED BY SECTION C408.22.1
<br />AND C408.2.2.2 OF THE WSEC AND CHAPTER 6 OF THE IMC AND AS INDICATED ON THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

<br />14. ALL FAN SYSTEMS WITH OVER 2000 CFM SHALL HAVE DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS IN THE RETURN AIR STREAM TO DISABLE FAN
<br />UPON SMOKE DETECTION DETECTION. DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS ARE NOT REQUIRED IN THE RETURN AIR STREAM WHERE ALL
<br />PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING SERVED BY THE AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM ARE PROTECTED BY AREA SMOKE DETECTORS CONNECTED
<br />TO A FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE. THE AREA SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM SHALL
<br />COMPLY WITH SECTION 606.4 OF THE IMC. DUCT/SMOKE DETECTORS SHALL BE LISTED BY AN APPROVED AGENCY AND FOR

<br />16. ALL RECTANGULAR DUCTWORK SIZES SHOWN ARE INSIDE CLEAR DIMENSIONS.
