<br />Notes: 1 All payment is due within 30 days from date of invoice. A monthly service charge of 1% will be added on all accounts
<br />older than 30 days.
<br />2 PACE shall be entitled to annual increase in billing rates shown on each anniversary of the contract execution date.
<br />This increase shall be 3% or the rate of inflation as determined the Seattle area Consumer Price Index (CPI)
<br />published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, whichever is higher.
