Install new batteries that are the correct model and charge. <br /> 2. Wait until all LEDs have stopped flashing,approximately 50 seconds after new batteries have been installed. <br /> 3. SLOWLY press the cover tamper switch,pressing down until the BATT RST LED flashes once,then release the cover tamper switch. <br /> 4.
