There is no difference if the homeowner or a contractor submits for <br /> permits. It's based on fee schedule. <br /> When I entered the submittal I double checked with the contractor the valuation amount. On intakes, we use valuation <br /> submitted on application. Once through the review process this number could be higher or lower depending on fee <br /> schedule in place at the time. <br /> Please see our attached residential review fees for 2022. This is 1,019 X$130.00 per sf of added livable space. The <br /> valuation would be$132,470.00. Your contractor gave us the valuation amount of$132,891.32. There is no difference <br /> in plan check fees for the difference in valuations. There is a new fee schedule in effect though that's in place for 2023 <br /> and will be applied at approval. <br /> Please verify the scope of the submittal. This is converting 1,019 sf to livable space correct?
