Construction-level drawings developed using recognized drafting
standards should be submitted for review. See the attached documents for
additional information.
PROVIDED
2. The partial plans show that a bedroom is attached on the east side of the
garage. The space was originally
an addition added in 1958 as storage space at the rear of the existing
garage. The current Snohomish County records show this as unfinished
space. The old County field assessor records show that space as storage through
1994. The City of Everett records do not show a permit to convert the space.
THID SUBMITTAL ADDRESES THIS
3. Continuing with the previous comment, the bedroom is connect to and provides
direct access into the garage. This is not permitted, further indicating that the
space was potentially converted without a permit. The space is not allowed as
currently configured.
NEW HALL INSTALLED; SEPARATING THE GARAGE FROM HABITABLE
4.
