OER will make all arrangements and enter into <br />subcontracts with material collectors and recyclers for recycling of collected materials. <br />At the event the following materials will be collected and recycled: <br />•Tires (6 per load-no rims, no heavy truck or back hoe tires) +* <br />•Appliances (Contractors will charge participants for refrigerator, <br />freezers, and hot water heaters for proper processing and recycling)+ <br />•Ferrous Metals
