Established in 1990, Hultz|BHU Engineers has <br />been providing innovative, sustainable, and quality engineering for decades. <br />Hultz|BHU Engineers is especially experienced in handling unique projects <br />involving phased construction, alterations to existing facilities, and work in <br />occupied buildings. <br />We specialize primarily in municipal facilities, where we are working with long <br />term facilities, and often those with limited budgets; requiring careful planning <br />and efficient solutions. We understand that the choices we make, and the <br />designs we create, will be with Owners long into the future. So we evaluate <br />carefully our decisions and work closely with Owners and their staff. <br />Our work includes all types of building mechanical and electrical systems, life <br />cycle cost analysis, building assessments, cost estimating, and commissioning <br />work for all types of public facilities. Our projects have included pre-design <br />studies, remodels, additions, miscellaneous mechanical and electrical repairs, as <br />well as new facilities. <br />We have a high degree of proficiency in evaluating field conditions and designing <br />project remodels and specific system replacements.
