Hultz|BHU Engineers | Page 4 <br />Rick Hultz, PE <br />Project Manager & Principal-in-Charge <br />Rick Hultz has been active in the design of building mechanical systems for <br />more than forty years, working as principal engineer for Hultz & Associates <br />and Hultz|BHU Engineers for the last thirty-two years, and prior to that as lead <br />mechanical engineer for another local architectural/engineering firm. <br />Rick’s experience includes the design of building HVAC systems, exhaust <br />systems, boiler/chiller plants, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, <br />and controls. In addition, he provides energy studies, cost estimating, and <br />construction reviews.
