Hultz|BHU Engineers | Page 7 <br />Tom Urquhart, PE <br />Electrical Principal <br />Tom Urquhart has more than forty years of experience as an electrical design <br />and consulting engineer. His experience includes condition assessment, cost <br />estimating, specification writing, project document preparation, design, and <br />construction administration for small, medium, and large projects involving <br />electrical work covered under Divisions 26, 27, and 28 of the Construction <br />Specification Institute Manual of Practice. <br />After serving four years with the U.S. Air Force as an officer attached to a Civil <br />Engineering Squadron, Tom has since been with Hultz|BHU Engineers. He <br />has performed studies, code analysis, cost estimating, planning and design of <br />renovations, upgrades, and new construction for electrical systems that include <br />lighting, power distribution (above and below 600 volts), structured cabling, <br />security, and life safety systems.
