However, at this time, no energy auditing or energy modeling is required. <br />• Scope will include independent test and balance and commissioning. <br />• The Everett Station will remain open during design and construction. The Design team will <br />participate in developing the construction sequencing and schedule. <br />• The design and construction of this portion is grant funded by Federal Transit Administration. The <br />attached clauses are non-negotiable. <br />C. Project Schedule <br />The proposed project schedule for Everett Station is as follows. Note all three parts of this project will <br />run concurrently: <br />• 30% Design 2 months <br />• Permit Design 1.5 months <br />• 90% Design 1.5 months <br />• Bid 2 months <br />• Build 2 months <br />D. MACC <br />The estimated Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) is: <br />• $1,498,762 -This includes all materials, equipment, and labor. <br /> <br />
