The site visit <br /> was performed on November 19, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. The floor beam supporting upper <br /> floor joists was provided. In addition, the existing floor joists were cut out by the <br /> plumber and needed reinforcement. The construction details were gone over with the <br /> owner on how to remedy the existing conditions. <br /> The dropped floor beam detail and floor joists reinforcement for the upper floor was <br /> provided on December 1st and 2nd for the owner to continue with the construction. <br /> The pictures were provided by the owner from Dec 6 to Dec 19, the owner forwarded <br /> completed construction for review. <br /> This concludes my report, if you have any questions please contact me. <br /> This concludes my report.
