4. A report shall be provided to the Planning.,Departrnentevery six months indicating the average <br /> number of tenants residing in the building for each of the six preceding months,and providing a <br /> statement affirming that each tenant qualifies as a person with a disability under the Fair Housing Act. <br /> as recovering from a drug end/or alcohol addiction without current use. <br /> 5. The City may conduct up tq four inspections annually upon 48'hours' notice to verify compliance <br /> with the occupancy limiit. The City may conduct up to two additional inspections annually without <br /> prior notice. Any inspection conducted pursuant to•this.Accommodation;may include inspecting the <br /> common areas and any unoccupied bedrooms. This provision in n.o way limits or affects the City's <br /> authority to inspectthe premises based on a reasonable belief that a cede violation exists on the <br /> property or for any other lawful reason not directly related to verifying the,occupancy;limits set by <br /> this Accommodation. <br /> 6: Failure to comply with these conditions of approval may result"in the revocation of this approval <br /> of reasonable accommodation. <br /> 7. The City reserves the right to modify its conditions of use,consistent with the Fair Housing Act'. <br /> and other applicable taws and regulations. <br /> 8.
