• ORDINANCE NC. 2357 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 461 for the improvement of Cakes Avenue, from 13th Street to 16th Street, by the installation of a 6-inch water main and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No,2322 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account there- of against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issu -_ce of bonds there- for and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OP EVERETT DOES ORDLemu: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 461 for the improvement of Oakes Avenue, from 13th Street. to 16th Street, by the instal- lation of a 6-inch water main and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary in cnnection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2322 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands , be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at -:least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment ap- pearing against the same is in proportion to the severcl as- sessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing u, )n said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. -1-
