2352 ORDINANCE NO. An Ordinance providing for the mpr*vement of Edward Avenue, from Federal Avenue-to riday Avenue, by clearing, grubbing, removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, con- struction of a strip of 6-inch Portland cement concrete eight feet wide, and two 4-foot strips of slag on each side, instal- lation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3363 of the city of Everett; creating an assessment district; creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor; providing that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No.3363 of the city of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work ne- cessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with plans and specification prepared by the City Engineer; now, therefore, THE CITY CP EVERETT DOES ORD 'IN: Section 1. That Edward. Avenue, from Federal Avenue to Friday Avenue, be improved by clearing, grubbing, removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of a strip of 6-inch Portland cement concrete eight feet wide, and two 4-foot strips of slag on each side, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work on the entire district ne- cessary to make a complete improvement according to the y lans and specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved.
