2352 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An Ordinance providing for the mpr*vement of Edward <br /> Avenue, from Federal Avenue-to riday Avenue, by clearing, <br /> grubbing, removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, con- <br /> struction of a strip of 6-inch Portland cement concrete eight <br /> feet wide, and two 4-foot strips of slag on each side, instal- <br /> lation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work on the <br /> entire district necessary to make a complete improvement, all <br /> in accordance with Resolution No. 3363 of the city of Everett; <br /> creating an assessment district; creating a Local Improvement <br /> District Fund therefor; providing that said improvement be made <br /> by special assessment upon the property in said district under <br /> the mode of payment by bonds. <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No.3363 of the city of Everett, <br /> the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order <br /> the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work ne- <br /> cessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement <br /> in accordance with plans and specification prepared by the City <br /> Engineer; now, therefore, <br /> THE CITY CP EVERETT DOES ORD 'IN: <br /> Section 1. That Edward. Avenue, from Federal Avenue to <br /> Friday Avenue, be improved by clearing, grubbing, removal of <br /> old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of a strip <br /> of 6-inch Portland cement concrete eight feet wide, and two <br /> 4-foot strips of slag on each side, installation of necessary <br /> drainage, and doing all other work on the entire district ne- <br /> cessary to make a complete improvement according to the y lans <br /> and specifications prepared under the direction of the City <br /> Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
