s # <br /> 411 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2347 <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as- <br /> sessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 462 for the im- <br /> provement of Rockefeller Avenue, from the center line of 35th St., <br /> to 38th St., by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, <br /> construction of concrete curbs and construction of one-course Port- <br /> land cement concrete pavement 26 feet wide, installation of neces- <br /> sary drainage, also grading for and construction of concrete walks <br /> where same are not now in place, and doing all other work necessary <br /> to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2323 of the <br /> city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against <br /> the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, <br /> providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date <br /> of the issuance thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- <br /> cal Improvement District No. 462 for the improvement of Rockefel- <br /> ler Avenue, from the center line of 35th Street to 38th Street, <br /> by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construc- <br /> tion of concrete curbs and construction of one-course Portland <br /> cement concrete pavement 26 feet wide, installation of necessa- <br /> ry drainage, also grading for and construction of concrete walks <br /> where same are not now in place, and doing all other work neces- <br /> sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement un- <br /> der Ordinance No. 2323 of the city of Everett, as the same now <br /> stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and con- <br /> firmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be <br /> specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount <br /> charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against <br />
