s # 411 ORDINANCE NO. 2347 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as- sessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 462 for the im- provement of Rockefeller Avenue, from the center line of 35th St., to 38th St., by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs and construction of one-course Port- land cement concrete pavement 26 feet wide, installation of neces- sary drainage, also grading for and construction of concrete walks where same are not now in place, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2323 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 462 for the improvement of Rockefel- ler Avenue, from the center line of 35th Street to 38th Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construc- tion of concrete curbs and construction of one-course Portland cement concrete pavement 26 feet wide, installation of necessa- ry drainage, also grading for and construction of concrete walks where same are not now in place, and doing all other work neces- sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement un- der Ordinance No. 2323 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and con- firmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against
