f 11 ORDINANCE NO. g346 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 456, for the im- provement of Broadway Avenue from Sixteenth Street to the North Line of Power's First Addition to Everett,by replacement of the present six-inch water main by a twelve-inch water main and its appurtenances and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2314 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fix- ing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 456, for the improvement of Broadway Avenue from Sixteen th Street to the North Line of Power' s First Addition to Everett, by replacement of the present six-inch wa- ter main by a twelve-inch water main and its appurtenances, and do- ing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2314 of the City of Ev- erett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be ben- efitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll thean- ount finally charged against the same thereon.
