4 ORDINANCE NO. 2345 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of the Local Improvement District No. 460 for the improvement of 41st Street, on the north side only, between High Street and Crescent Avenue, by grading for and construction of concrete sidewalks, six feet from the north edge of the present pavement, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary to make a com- plete improvement under Ordinance No.2321 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance there- of. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 460 for the improvement of 41st Street, on the north side only, between High Street and Crescent Avenue, by grading for and construction of concrete sidewalks, six feet from the north edge of the present pavement, installation of neces- sary drainage, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete im- provement under Ordinance No. 2321 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be spec- ially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon
