Loans for Approved Projects that are housing projects will be paid back to the City of <br />Everett unless otherwise approved by City Council. <br /> <br />13. The annual Community Development Block Grant Administration funding will the <br />amount allowed from the annual grant and will be set-aside and no application made in <br />the committee process. This is being done as a time saving action and because of the <br />need to be more efficient with staff time. <br /> <br />14.
