These costs include all construction activities, <br />contingency, tax, and all other costs associated with the project. <br />Project summary statement: <br />This project will demolish the existing barn structure on City owned property. The <br />structure is unoccupied and not structurally sound for any use. This project will fund the <br />demolition, debris removal, and site restoration to include any needed grading and grass <br />hydro seed, to match typical surrounding grasslands. <br />The anticipated start of construction is in 2024 with completion prior to December 31, <br />2024. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt an Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled “Larimer Barn <br />Demolition”, Fund 354, Program 097, to accumulate all costs for the project in the <br />amount of $85,000.
