ORLINAITOE NO. _ 2337 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District iTo. 459 for the improvement of Broadway Avenue, from 16th Street to the north line of Power' s 1st Addition, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs 24 feet from the center of the street, construction of a one-course Portland ce- ment concrete ,pavement between curbs and ravement to be -.laced by the state, and doing all other work necessary to make a com- plete improvement under Ordinance :To. 2319 of the city of Ever- ett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the sever- al lots tracts and yarcels of land as shown on said roll, pro- viding for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the am- ount charged against the same, and that the assessment e ,pear-
