• ORDINANCE NO. 2332: An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 458 for the im- provement of the Norton Avenue extension from the South line of 22nd Street to a point 186 feet south, more or less, of the south line of 19th Street, produced, by redecking, also by replacing stringers and sway bracing and repairing hand rail, where neces- sary and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement 'under Ordinance No.2316 of the ci- ty of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor end fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of -Lo- cal Improvement District No. 458 for the improvement of the Norton :venue Extension from the South line of 22nd Street, to a point 186 feet south, more or less, of the south line of 19th Street, pro- duced, by redecking, also by replacing stringers and sway brac- ing and repairing hand rail where necessary, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith t o make a complete improve- ment under Ordinance No. 2316 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against eachlot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing
