41 ORDINANCE NO. 2330 . An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Rucker Ave- nue from 42nd Street to 44th Street, by the installation of .a 6-inch water main and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3339 of the city of Everett; creating a Local Improvement District :hind there- for; providing that said improvement be made by special assess- ment upon the property in said district to the extent of one dol- lar (41.00) per lineal foot of pipe laid and the remainder to be paid for out of the funds of the Water Department of the city of Everett; Such improvement to be under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3339 of the city of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accord- ance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer; now, therefore, TEE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Rucker Avenue, from 42nd Street to 44th Street, be improved by the installation of a 6-inch water main and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement, accord- ing to the plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. • Section 2: That the cost and expense of such an improve- ment, to the extent only of one dollars (41,00) per lineal foot of pipe laid, shall be borne by and assessed against the property in the assessment district herein created in accordance with law.
