Element 9: Control Pollutants (2.1.9) <br />The following pollutants are anticipated to be present on -site: <br />Table 1 — Pollutants <br />Pollutant (and source, if applicable) <br />Cement concrete materials and products <br />General site solid waste <br />Petroluem products and/or hazardous material from vehicles and construction equipment <br />All pollutants, including waste materials and demolition debris, shall be disposed in a manner <br />that does not contribute to stormwater contamination. The site shall be kept clean and <br />organized to prevent the buildup of debris. <br />Containments created from saw cutting and surfacing operations shall be properly disposed of <br />to prevent stormwater contamination. <br />List and describe BMPs: Dust Control (BMP C140); <br />Sawcutting and Surface Pollution Prevention (BMP C152); <br />Concrete Handling (BMP C151); <br />Concrete Washout Area (BMP C154); <br />Storm Drain Inlet Protection (COE STD DWG 210) <br />Installation Schedules: Install BMPs prior to construction activities, as necessary <br />for demolition and clearing activities, and prior to concrete <br />delivery. <br />Inspection and Maintenance plan: Install BMPs prior to construction activities, as necessary <br />for demolition and clearing activities, and prior to concrete <br />delivery and work. <br />Responsible Staff: CESCL <br />Will maintenance, fueling, and/or repair of heavy equipment and vehicles occur on -site? <br />No <br />Will wheel wash or tire bath system BMPs be used during construction? <br />Wheel wash or tire bath BMPs are nit anticipated unless other BMPs are ineffective at <br />controlling tracking out sediment from the project site. <br />
