Remove all materials located in the buffer area <br />that may impede the ability of the vegetation to act as a filter. <br />BMP C103: High -Visibility Fence <br />Purpose <br />High -visibility fencing is intended to: <br />. Restrict clearing to approved limits. <br />• Prevent disturbance of sensitive areas, their buffers, and other areas required to be left undis- <br />turbed. <br />• Limit construction traffic to designated construction entrances, exits, or internal roads. <br />• Protect areas where marking with survey tape may not provide adequate protection. <br />Conditions of Use <br />To establish clearing limits plastic, fabric, or metal fence may be used: <br />.
