Description of Services <br />“iSS will conduct a manual accessibility audit in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines (Level AA). <br />The audit will focus on six pages/URLs selected by the City of Everett. Throughout the assessment <br />of the website pages, iSS will employ various accessibility tools, including screen readers, <br />keyboards, magnifiers, and color contrast analyzer. <br />All identified issues will be meticulously documented, providing steps to reproduce the issue, <br />actual results, expected results, severity, violation guideline reference, and image/video <br />attachments.
