The job cost <br />number for this project will be PW3835-2. The budget for the entire 2024 Biosolids <br />Removal and Disposal Program is $1.8 Million. <br /> <br />Project summary statement: <br />The City’s wastewater treatment plant removes approximately 2,000 dry tons of <br />biosolids from the wastewater lagoons yearly. The biosolids removed in January 2024 <br />must be land-applied. This solicitation will result in a contract award for the land <br />application of biosolids at facilities permitted to receive biosolids as a soil amendment <br />for agronomic use. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize Release of Invitation for Bid #2024-024 for 2024 Biosolids Haul and Land <br />Application as substantially provided. <br /> <br />
